We are loyal to Owners & Operators and not constrained by brand rules or large scale contracts to push certain types of business or sales recommendations that may not always be in the best interest of the hotel.

Brad Kohlheyer is an industry leader in Revenue Management bringing 37 years of Hospitality experience to the team. He has worked in Operations, Sales, and specializes in Revenue Management. His forte in revenue optimization centers on strategy development, talent acquisition and tool development designed to convert data into actionable insight.
Brad has worked for brands such as Hyatt, Sheraton, Hilton and most recently, served as IHG’s Vice President, Americas Revenue Management. Brad created and launched an organization known as Revenue Management for Hire (RMH) which enjoyed close to 2,000 IHG hotels on its services. His background includes the design, management and delivery of Revenue Services throughout the Americas as well as Internationally.
Robert de Leon
Robert de Leon is an accomplished professional with over 31 years of hotel service in Revenue Management. He has worked with major brands such as Hilton Hotels and IHG providing a broad experience with brands ranging from luxury to limited service and extended stay.
Robert has successfully led multiple regions by establishing hotel strategies to drive the most profitable business mix while growing revenue and market share by Influencing on-property revenue team in strategic pricing, sales, marketing and distribution strategies.
Robert has held several positions in hotels and resorts, ranging in size from 65 to 2,200 rooms. Most recently, he served as IHG’s Director, Americas Revenue Management. His passion has always been in Revenue Management, where he continues to hone his craft.
Nancy Kavanagh holds more than 15 years of revenue management experience and more than 30 years in the hospitality field. In her current role, she works with a portfolio of 20 hotels to assist in yield management in order to maximize and grow RevPar.
Prior to joining Hotel Revenue Solutions, Nancy worked in revenue management roles for several hotel management companies including, Spire Hospitality, Windsor Capital Group, and Davidson Hotels. Hotel brand experience includes Hilton, Starwood, Swissôtels, and Omni.
Fernando Montilla has been in the hospitality industry close to 30 years with 20+ years dedicated to on-property and above property Revenue Management. He has managed hotels throughout the Northeast, Mid-Altantic, Southeast and the Caribbean.
With a forte centered on Hilton and Marriott branded hotels, his knowledge of hotel revenue systems expands to Choice, Wyndham, Hyatt and IHG through a variety of portfolios both past and present.
Fernando’s passion for revenue management is delivered through his constant attention to daily strategy and his analytic skills. He is a relationship builder who inserts himself with proficiency into the hotel teams in his portfolio.
Debbie Moore has over 20 years dedicated in the Revenue Management role and has 30 years in the hospitality profession. Debbie has served in various hotel and corporate level leadership positions with multiple brands.
Debbie’s background includes positions in Food & Beverage, Hotel Operations, and Sales and Marketing. In 2000, she discovered Revenue Management and never looked back.
Debbie’s diverse on-property and corporate level roles supporting multi-unit portfolios across key brands including: Marriott, Hilton, and IHG, makes her experience a tremendous asset to our team.
